I thought this red would be more pink than it is on the nail. Still pretty, but I expected this to be the perfect pink-red that I am looking for, but that was not the case.

Dear readers

Funny to think back to the time when I just started to paint my nails. I thought it was 'wild' to paint my nails red and even more crazy to paint them red and pink at the same time. I did not know that there were people who loved even wilder colors and combinations and I absolutely did not know that I would become one of them. I love practically every color expect for those ugly pretty colors I am not really into those, but still I love wild combinations. Essie - School Of Hard Rock would be a color that I wouldn't even try two years ago and look at me now :D

In my opinion the colors of last winter were great. I admit that I am more a spring/summer person and I like the wild flashy colors more than the darker ones, but there were some pretty good colors there last winter. One of them is Cocktail Bling from Essie.

Essie - Winter 2011 - Bangle Jangle

Dear reader

My boyfriend is back home from this holiday. I missed him so much! Now I am all happy again, even through there is so much snow + coldness here. It is so fun to be so in love.

Today I want to show you Essie - Bangle Jangle. When I saw this one I knew I had to have it. But the color is a little different in the bottle then on the nails, and you know what? I liked it even more on the nails. It is more a lilac grey than just a lilac. It is great!

Essie - Winter 2011 - Haul

Dear readers

Essie is one of my favorite brands, because the quality is so great of their nailpolishes and the colors they make are so pretty and classy. It doesn't matter that they start making blues and greens, it is still classy. They are a little more expensive compared to other brands, but it is worth it.
